Morgan received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in 2010 and began as a law clerk at Stebelton Snider in 2012. Morgan obtained her juris doctor from Capital University Law School in 2013 and was admitted to practice law in Ohio that same year. In addition to her time as an associate at Stebelton Snider, Morgan previously worked as Deputy Legal Counsel for the Ohio Department of Agriculture, representing the Department in matters pertaining to amusement ride safety and fairs, weights and measures, auctioneers, pesticide and fertilizer, hemp, agricultural commodity programs, food safety, and animal health.
Currently, Morgan’s skills are used in the firm’s transactional practice, advising families, business, and non-profit organizations with respect to estate and business planning, and real estate matters. Additionally, Morgan’s experience in state government enables her to provide advice regarding public records, open government, and administrative regulations. Morgan has a special passion for agriculture, currently serving as the Chair of the Agriculture Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association.
Morgan is a member of the Fairfield County Foundation Board Directors, and previously served as a member of the Fairfield Industries board. Morgan resides in Lithopolis with her family.
