Jerry received his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University College of Engineering in 1963, and his juris doctorate from Capital University in 1970, the same year he was admitted to the Ohio Bar. Jerry was also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court Bar in 1973.  Jerry concentrates on personal injury, wrongful death, and domestic relations cases.  During the 1970’s, Jerry was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Franklin County and a Lancaster City Council Member.  From 1984 to 1991, served on Lancaster Board of Education.  He was Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General from 1996 to 2006. He was elected State Representative for Fairfield County in November 2006 and served until 2014.  He has a Preeminent AV rating by Martindale Hubbell.

Jerry is a member of the Fairfield County and Ohio State Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Jerry served as Chairman of the Board of the Lancaster Fairfield Chamber of Commerce in 2016. Jerry founded the law Firm in 1978.
