Todd graduated from Wittenberg University in 1994 and received his juris doctorate from Capital University in 1997. He is a member of the Ohio Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio. Todd's law practice emphasizes general civil and commercial business litigation including collections and contract enforcement.  His practice includes the areas of collections, real estate, condominium law, and construction law. 

Todd has also been appointed as Special Counsel to Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine for the Medicaid Recovery Program.  He is Special Counsel for Fairfield, Pickaway, Hocking and Perry County. 

Todd is an active member of the Fairfield County, Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations.  He is a graduate of the Fairfield Leadership Program and past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Fairfield County Junior Achievement. He currently serves on the Fairfield Affordable Housing Inc. Board. Todd resides in Lancaster with his wife and children and enjoys spending time coaching.
